How long will my repair take?

ClearPoint Surgical is an industry leader in turn-time. Nearly all repairs are completed within 24-48 hours from approval and, in some cases, can be done the very same day.

I would like to send my Phaco Handpiece in for repair, what do I do next?

If you are a new customer, please fill out our “New Customer Form” and email it to us at cs@clearpointsurgical.com in order to set up a new account. Once customer set up have been completed, phaco handpieces, accompanied by your PO, can be sent to us anytime. You will receive and evaluation as proof of receipt and to keep for your records.

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes, ClearPoint Surgical offers a six-month warranty covering materials and workmanship. Warranty period starts the day the repaired handpiece is shipped from our facility. There is an option to purchase a twelve month warranty, please contact us at cs@clearpointsurgical.com to discuss.

What brand of phaco handpieces does ClearPoint Surgical repair?

We repair all the major brands and models of Phaco handpieces on the market, including: Alcon Centurion Ozil, Alcon Ozil, AMO Ellipse and Ellipse FX, Bausch & Lomb Stellaris, and other older models.
